OpenTime Packages
Although OpenTime should theoretically work on
all Eclipse-supported platforms (including Win32, Linux
and Macintosh OS/X) it has only been tested on Windows XP
with Eclipse 3.0. Any feedback from users
who have succesfully (or not) used OpenTime on other
platforms is welcome.
OpenTime comes in two different packages:
- OpenTime for Eclipse
An add-on to an Eclipse-based platform
or application such as the Eclipse v3.0+ IDE
(http://www.eclipse.org) or
any plugin-ready software based on the Eclipse v3.0 platform.
This package is ideal for people who already use an Eclipse-based IDE
for their everyday work.
- OpenTime standalone
A standalone application that comes bundled with the Eclipse kernel
for rich client applcations.
This package is for workers who need a solution that does not
require an Eclipse IDE. Available soon...
Both packages can be installed on the same workstation and
share the same database.
Runtime Requirements
